The Renewed Minds High Performance Coaching Program is for YOU!
Are you at a point in your career or professional life where you feel unclear about your goals? Have you reached a crossroad where you are wondering what next? Do you often feel like you are not maximizing your potentials; like you are not giving all that you know you are and can give? Or maybe you no longer feel fulfilled with where you are or what you have achieved, and you would rather do something new, but you can’t think of what it is?
This coaching program will help you develop clarity, unlock higher potential, position you for your next phase of influence, and launch you into higher levels of performance and productivity.
It is a 4-weekend immersive program designed for you to build self-mastery, acquire new mindsets and habits, and discover tools for high impact performance.
The program will run as a FREE virtual coaching program allowing you to participate from any location provided you have internet access and a mobile technology device.
Eligibility Criteria

Must be a graduate, from a reputable tertiary institution

You will be joining a community of like-minded visionary and purpose-driven young men and women who are also seeking to deeply understand their life’s purpose, activate their potentials, and step into their highest levels of influence and impact.
This coaching program is Renewed Minds’ maiden high performance coaching program and will be exclusively for 10 eligible youths identified through our selection process.
ABOUT THE CEO
The person behind Creative Corner:
Folake Oni
Management Consultant
Dr Folake Oni is a high-performance coach, seasoned development management consultant, medical
doctor, youth development advocate, public speaker and Principal and Director, Business Strategy
and Transformation at Sydani Group.
Her work in development cuts across human resources for health, health policy and planning, leadership and governance, human capital development and youth
entrepreneurship and employability. She leads business development and innovation at Sydani.
Before joining Sydani, Folake held senior positions with the Solina Centre for International
Development and Research and before that with Health Systems Consult Limited where with funding
from major international donors like the BMGF, USAID, DFID, Global Fund, and World Bank, she
led the technical assistance to the National Primary Health Care Development Agency in the design
and launch of the 1st ever National Primary Health Care Leadership Development Academy, served
as one of the strategic consultants to the Federal Ministry of Health in the finalization and launch of
the 2 nd National Strategic Health Development Plan (NSHDP II), led the development of contingency
plans and insurance models for outbreaks and emergencies for the African Union, and provided
technical oversight to the development of the policy and implementation framework of the Nigeria
Supply Chain Integration Project.
Whilst in the United Kingdom, Folake acted as the Deputy Business Manager for Newcross Health
care Solutions, where she liaised with the NHS UK, Clinical Commissioning Groups, Care Quality
Commission and Social Services and before that, she served as a business development consultant for the College of Phlebology, where she strengthened its financial management processes, and
facilitated the success of its 1st International Veins Meeting.
Folake sits on the board of Ecoway Limited, a PMI accredited training institute for project
management. She is on the part-time faculty of the African University of Science and Technology.
Folake holds an MBA from the Surrey Business School, UK, a Post-graduate certificate in
International Health from the University of Arizona, USA, and a medical degree from Usmanu
Danfodiyo University Sokoto, Nigeria.
Folake is one of 8 women in Africa recently (2022) selected as one of Africa’s young women leaders
by Women in Africa. She was one of 30 women across the globe awarded the pioneer Forbes Ignite
Impact fellowship award in 2021 for designing Artificial Intelligence and Technology-enabled
solutions to health care challenges.
Her vision is to build a strong community of young visionaries and leaders who through the renewing
of their minds can create new habits, adopt new perspectives, and step into higher levels of
performance and productivity. Through Renewed Minds, She desires to help youths harness their
potentials, find their paths and life’s purpose, and promote youth creativity and innovation,
employability, and entrepreneurship.
